King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima in New York for the 70th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).  The King is head of the delegation of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in which the prime ministers of Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten are presents.

But first Her Majesty Queen Maxima attended the UN conference on tackling climate change at the United Nation in New York City, NY, USA on Sunday September 27, 2015. Then after her and King Willem-Alexandra met with Prime ministers of the Kingdom of the Netherland's territories of Aruba, Sint Maarten and Curaçao

Today Monday September 28, His Majesty King Willem-Alexandre addressed the United Nations General Assembly at the opening of the annual meeting of the 193 member states of the United Nations. It is the first time that a Dutch head of state addresses the UN General Assembly.
